Sandra is a highly motivated training and development professional with over 20 years of experience in the Travel and Aviation industries. She decided to start her own company with a goal to deliver the highest standards of training and learning whilst continuing to push the boundaries of learning and support.

Sandra is a CAA CIN qualified trainer for Aviation Security, experienced in the delivery of Aircrew. Aircraft search, Regulated Agent, Known Consignor and GSAT courses.
She is also an experienced instructional designer and is skilled in the use of Camtasia, Captivate, Articulate and a wide variety of Learning Management Systems.
GCaT are able to provide Computer Based Training for AVSEC Known Consignor, Regulated Agent and Dangerous Goods by Air.
CASP – Cargo Aviation Security Principles (Regulated Agent) CBT Course
This is a 2-3 hour CBT course and the most basic level of air cargo security training. CASP allows access to the warehouse where secure cargo may be stored. The CASP course is designed from the relevant mandatory modules 1-6 of the ‘Regulated Agent’ training syllabus.
CO – Cargo Operative (Regulated Agent) CBT Course
This is a 5-6 hour CBT course comprising CASP and CO modules. This course is recommended for delegates working in the warehouse and handling secure cargo – not screening. Drivers handling cargo and carrying out warehouse tasks should also attend this course. The CO course has been designed from the relevant mandatory modules 7-10 of the ‘Regulated Agent’ training syllabus.
KC – Known Consignor CBT Courses
This is a 4-5 hour CBT course. This course is recommended for delegates working for a Known Consignor having access to air cargo. The KC course has been designed from the relevant mandatory modules 1-6 (7&8) of the ‘Known Consignor’ training syllabus.
Additional training is available for Supervisor / Responsible Person: up to module 7 and module 8.
The above courses include an end of module summative assessment. Successful candidates will receive an overall certificate upon completion of these courses.
All AVSEC courses are compliant with CAA/DFT Regulations therefore please note that a mandatory delegate declaration is necessary prior to attending.

Paola is an enthusiastic, self-motivated and dynamic person. Whilst studying, she started working in a small travel agency and… ‘got hooked’ by the travel industry!
Despite graduating from University College London in Geophysics, travel and aviation won and remained at the root of Paola’s career. A Sales and Marketing role with Flightline International allowed Paola to become confident with all arenas of travel: from business to leisure, from making a booking to attaining important commercial agreements.
In 1998 Paola started a new career in training with Chameleon Training a wholly owned British Airways company. In 2003, Paola started working for ‘Plane Training and this venture is still ongoing clocking up over 20 years’ experience in the Travel/Aviation Industry.
Paola is a CAA CIN accredited Aviation Security trainer and holds – in addition to a BSc Hons – a Certificate in Education and Training.
